Our planet is in latent need for people and companies to acquire environmental awareness in the development of industrial processes.
In BYCSA, we have been working on integrating environmentally sustainable products into the market; In all the strategic business units, it is sought that each development has energy savings, non-polluting products based on ecological raw materials and savers of stages or with decomposition in less time.
Currently in our packaging line ECOBYC, we have three star products that are eco-friendly:
-Biodegradable stretch film Special for the packaging of merchandise and logistics processes.
-Biodegradable Cling film. Ideal for the preservation and protection of food.
-Biosphere additive. Responsible for accelerating the biodegradation of any plastic.
We produce more than 200 tons of biodegradable plastic per month between stretch and cling film, 200 tons less of garbage. We are aware that the world needs people and companies committed to caring for the planet, which is why we seek solutions for the industry that are as less polluting as possible.
Additionally, 30% of the packaging production is of the coreless reference, a product that does not have a core in the middle (cardboard tube), that is, approximately 60 tons of this material will no longer be used, which is supposed to the environment is 868 fewer trees without felling each month; understanding that a ton of cardboard is equal to 15 felled trees and that each core weighs 0.42 kg. We are talking about a total of 13,020 kg of cardboard saved.
With initiatives such as the one mentioned above, at BYCSA, through our ECOBYC brand, we leave a green footprint on the planet, a place that has given us so much and for which we work hard every day to repay what it offers us.
