In accordance with the requirements established by the Dian, according to Resolution 85 of 2022 by means of which the registration of the electronic invoice of sale as a security is established, the following MANDATORY compliance provisions are issued:

-All recipients of sales invoices in operations on credit or with a term for payment, must issue the 3 events indicated for the validity of the invoice as support to achieve the deduction of the respective cost or expense and be entitled to DISCOUNTABLE VAT.

-The events that will be generated when issuing said invoices are:

-It is reported that the single mailbox for the receipt of said invoices will be: 890906525@factureinbox.co

Given the foregoing, as of July 13 of this year, all our suppliers of both goods and/or services must comply with said provisions.
